We met An on time at the market, and she took the time to guide us through different areas. An explained very well how the market was organized and pointed out the highlights. Later, we went to the cooking school and had fun learning how to cook three Vietnamese dishes. By the end of the class, we were all very full after all the food we had eaten. It was a great experience and we’d recommend it to anyone interested in doing something a bit different from the usual tourist activities.
