The driver was a character, haha! The operator from SST Travel contacted me the night before the trip, and I truly appreciated their patience with my questions (some of which were outside the trip). It was great to enjoy various snacks and drink beer in the Jeep in the morning. It was interesting to see the traffic jam in Saigon, haha. Overall, everything was perfect for me.
