— ITINERARY —

07:45 AM: Pick-up at Saigon Waterbus Station.

08:00 AM: Depart for the Mekong Delta area by luxury speedboat. On board, enjoy a light breakfast of Sugar Town pastries with mineral water, enjoy the fresh air, and observe the daily life of local citizens living along the riverbanks.

10:15 AM: Arrive in the Mekong Delta area:

Experience the peaceful atmosphere of the water region by rowing a small boat through small canals while wearing a conical hat.

Taste special Snake/Scorpion wines (optional).

Learn about the local plantations and their "friendly" bees.

Enjoy a cup of honey tea from a local family recipe.

Listen to Southern traditional folk music that has been handed down for over 100 years (listed by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of the world – Don Ca Tai Tu).

Ride on a Vietnamese Lambro tuk-tuk (a vehicle used for school and work transportation) and travel along the winding village roads to see the local houses and gardens.

Visit a small family business that makes coconut candies and learn how they use every part of the coconut in their lives.

12:45 PM: Cruise to a restaurant and enjoy your Vietnamese traditional lunch with a delicious 7-course meal: Elephant-Ear fish (a very special dish in the Mekong Delta), rice paper served with fish sauce, and other dishes.

01:45 PM: Finish lunch and head back to Saigon.

04:00 PM: Arrive back in Saigon.
