The structure of the story, the stage setting, the skills and expressions of the performers, the creativity, humor, and even the meaning—all of it creates a perfect show. How long has it been since I held my breath watching something and clapped so enthusiastically that my hands hurt when it ended? Since this is a foreign language, the intriguing part is that the meaning of the performance can be interpreted differently by each person. When I booked the tickets, it was introduced as a bamboo circus, so I didn't have high expectations. However, this is not just a circus for entertainment; it is a work of art. It can be seen from all seats, but because the performance is the central focus, it’s better to watch it from the middle seats.

Ticket Exchange Instructions:
- Exchange/use your ticket on the day of the concert/show.

Seating Areas:
- The AAH seating area is located on the outer wings of the theatre. (Seats in the AAH area may have a restricted view of some scenes of the program, totaling approximately 7 minutes.)
- The OOH seating area is located in the center of the theatre.
- The WOW seating area is directly in front of the stage.
Other Notes:
- Please book services at least 24 hours in advance.
- Photography, video recording, and bringing food and drinks into the theatre are not permitted.
- Purchase tickets in the same order so that you and your companions can be seated together.
- Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests purchasing tickets at the same price level will be seated in the same area.
- Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the show starts. Guests will not be allowed entry after the program begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before the performance date.
- Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 100% service charge.
