- This activity does not accommodate strollers or wheelchairs.

- No littering on the cyclo.
- Please avoid making noise or causing disturbances during the ride.

Luggage Policy:
Each passenger is allowed:
- 1 piece of luggage/suitcase (under 16 inches ~ 44x32x22cm).
- 1 small bag (backpack or handbag).
*If passengers bring oversized luggage or additional items beyond the allowance, an extra fee of 75,000 VND per item will be charged.
Terms and Policy
Child Policy:
- Under 1 meter (up to 3 years): Free admission.
- From 1 meter to under 1.3 meters (ages 3 to 8): 70% of the ticket price.
- Over 1.3 meters: Full ticket price applies.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% charge.
- During holidays and Tet, cancellations are not permitted.
