There were two things that really impressed me and would 100% make me recommend this tour as one of the first things you should do in Hoi An -

1. She didn't just explain the food; she also explained the history of the food, the restaurants, and why they were included on the tour. She explained how the elderly lady who sells pho makes her broth - waking up at 4 AM to start simmering it, and how Vietnamese people typically eat their biggest meals in the mornings, etc.

2. She also explained a lot about the daily life of locals. Whether it was about eating banh mi when she was a student in Hoi An, or her food delivery business during COVID. She even explained how many restaurants sell White Rose dumplings, but they all get them delivered from the original restaurant that owns the proprietary recipe. This really helped us get a good picture of Vietnam beyond just the food!

We REALLY enjoyed chatting with our guide and learned so much! I wish her all the best and am so excited to come back soon to take another tour with her :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

8.00 AM: Pick up at hotel center.

Start your morning by enjoying “banh mi op la", Taste Vietnamese Beef Noodle.

Learn the Vietnamese coffee culture and get hyped with a variety of coffee: black coffee, egg coffee, coconut coffee, salt coffee.

12.00 pm: Tour ends.
