I signed up for the tour because I’m very interested in food culture, but I was a little hesitant about the name “weird food tour.” However, I felt more at ease after discussing with the guide about the dishes we would try during the trip. We got to taste familiar dishes like “bun đau” as well as special dishes like “Trung Vit Lon.” It felt very strange at first, but when I tried it myself, I was surprised by its flavor!
