I booked the tour the day before, and they arranged a car pickup, just for me in my case, which took me all the way to the port, about an hour away. The tour guide's English was perfect. I had time to relax, kayak, enjoy the views, take in the scenery with a beer on the pier, and lunch was included. A fantastic experience that I chose over Ha Long Bay because it was less touristy.

– ITINERARY –
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Car and tour guide pick up guests from hotels in Cat Ba town center and transfer to Beo Pier for Lan Ha Bay ticket procedures and cruise boarding.
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Check in on the cruise and enjoy welcome tea, visit Cai Beo Floating Village, Turtle Islet, and Van Boi Beach – the most scenic area of Lan Ha Bay.
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Anchor in the heart of the Heritage area, kayak and swim, experience thrilling water slides, and the net swimming pool.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Enjoy a buffet lunch (applicable for groups of 30 or more) or a set menu.
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Electric car takes guests to visit Viet Hai ancient village, experience cycling, and fish massage.
